Travel Coordinator – Remote

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who love travel and enjoy helping others plan unforgettable trips. As a Remote Travel Coordinator, you will create customized vacation packages for clients while building your own travel business from anywhere.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand travel goals, budget, and preferences.
• Research and recommend cruises, all‑inclusive resorts, European tours, family and luxury travel options.
• Design personalized itineraries and coordinate accommodations, transportation, excursions, and travel protection.
• Stay updated on travel trends, supplier promotions, and destination information.
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after each trip.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships and promote the business through networking, referrals, and social media.
• Participate in optional training sessions, supplier webinars, and team meetings.

Required profile

• Passion for travel and helping others.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Comfortable using computers, email, and online platforms.
