Transportation Agent – Logistics & Supply Chain

About the role

As a Transportation Agent at Expeditors you will manage a portfolio of customers, coordinating truck shipments across Minnesota, Wisconsin, North and South Dakota. You will ensure accurate bookings, timely deliveries and clear communication between shippers, carriers and receivers.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and maintain shipment data accurately in Expeditors' operational system.
• Track and trace truck shipments, providing status updates and reporting.
• Coordinate truck deliveries and schedules for the Minneapolis market.
• Prepare and verify client billing information.
• Interpret operating procedures to meet customer instructions and expectations.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with company and U.S. regulations and meet KPI targets.

Required profile

• 2 years of experience or equivalent training in logistics.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving, organizational and interpersonal abilities.
• Availability to work 08:00‑17:00, Monday‑Friday.
