Transaction Coordinator

About the role

CBH Homes, Idaho’s leading homebuilder, is seeking a Transaction Coordinator to keep the home‑buying process running smoothly from contract to close. You will work closely with the sales team, buyers, and lenders to ensure every detail is handled accurately and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end transaction process for new home purchases.
• Coordinate communication between sales agents, buyers, lenders, and escrow teams.
• Verify that all required documents are complete, accurate, and filed on time.
• Track milestones, deadlines, and contingencies to prevent delays.
• Provide timely updates to internal teams and external partners.

Required profile

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Positive, can‑do attitude with strong customer‑service focus.
• Passion for real estate, new construction, or homebuilding.
• Prior experience in real estate, escrow, lending, or new‑home sales is preferred.
