Training Specialist

About the role

Playlist is seeking a Training Specialist to design, develop, and deliver learning experiences that empower internal teams, customers, and partners to use Kite confidently. You will collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate business needs into engaging, scalable training programs.

Key responsibilities

• Design scalable training programs aligned with business goals and customer outcomes.
• Develop onboarding curricula and on‑camera instructional videos to accelerate time‑to‑value.
• Facilitate virtual training sessions and webinars for both external customers and internal teams.
• Partner with stakeholders to assess learning needs and coordinate new resources.
• Keep training content current with product updates and evolving workflows.
• Pilot innovative training approaches to broaden reach and boost engagement.
• Analyze feedback, participation data, and performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and refine content.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date training materials; occasional travel may be required.

Required profile

• 5+ years of customer service, success, or training experience in a SaaS environment.
• 2+ years creating and delivering training, onboarding, or certification programs.
• 2+ years using a Learning Management System (LMS) to design and deliver learning.
• Experience producing accessible learning content (captions, transcripts, alt text, inclusive design).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including live and virtual presentation.
• Proven ability to measure training effectiveness through learner feedback and performance data.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
