Training Specialist

About the role

HumanSignal is looking for a Training Specialist to design, develop, and deliver training programs for its global network of expert contributors. You will ensure that every contributor understands task requirements, quality standards, and best practices from day one, helping the company provide high‑quality data for frontier AI research.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce project‑specific training collateral and onboarding curricula.
• Deliver live and recorded training sessions to expert contributors across multiple domains and languages.
• Assess training effectiveness and continuously improve materials based on feedback and quality metrics.
• Collaborate closely with Strategic Project Leads, Data Science, and Operations teams to close quality gaps at scale.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation of training processes and standards.

• Self‑starter who can build, iterate, and refine training programs without a predefined playbook.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Experience with Label Studio Enterprise or similar data‑labeling platforms.
