Training Specialist – CompHub Implementation

About the role

T12 Technologies is looking for an experienced Training Specialist / Instructor to lead the training effort for the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission (MWCC) CompHub implementation. You will design, develop, and deliver training for a wide range of end‑users, ensuring they can effectively use the new platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for Commission staff, claimants, attorneys, employers, insurers and medical providers.
• Conduct in‑person and virtual instructor‑led sessions, adapting methods to varying technical proficiency.
• Create and maintain user guides, job aids, quick reference guides, video‑based content and e‑learning modules.
• Perform training needs assessments and evaluate effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts, project managers and technical teams to keep content accurate and up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Proven experience in instructional design and adult learning, preferably in a public‑sector or technology environment.
• Strong communication skills to engage diverse audiences.
• Ability to assess training gaps and continuously improve materials.

Required skills

• Instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE and SAM.
• Experience with SharePoint Online for content distribution.
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and video authoring tools.
• Creation of e‑learning modules and video‑based training content.
