Training Specialist (C&A)

About the role
This position is primarily remote, supporting the creation and delivery of training programs while requiring occasional travel to the Washington, D.C. area for onsite engagements.
Key responsibilities
- Develop user guides, job aids, training curricula, and other instructional materials.
- Conduct virtual and in‑person training sessions for end users, administrators, and support staff.
- Assist with change management and knowledge transfer to ensure successful adoption of new applications.
- Update documentation and training materials as enhancements are released.
- Travel to the Washington, D.C. area as needed for onsite meetings, discovery sessions, and stakeholder workshops.
Required profile
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience designing and delivering training for technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with distributed teams.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to the Washington, D.C. area.
