Training Operations Associate II

About the role

Lyra Health, a provider of evidence-based mental health care, is hiring an Operations Associate II for its Provider Enablement team. The role supports the core operations of Therapy programs by enabling therapists through high-volume onboarding and training, and works closely with providers to create frictionless clinical onboarding experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate live and asynchronous training sessions, manage agendas and invites, troubleshoot technical issues in real time and track attendance.
• Manage day-to-day WorkRamp operations, including module setup and automated nudges to drive engagement.
• Partner with Tech and Clinical teams to monitor the EHR and tech setup experience, acting as the provider's voice and spotting systemic pain points.
• Track provider training progress, update email templates and configure automated nudges to keep providers moving through milestones.
• Own the end-to-end logistics of training, ensuring prerequisites, documentation and system access are completed on time.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for providers, identify technical pain points and support mitigation steps.
• Identify gaps in training workflows and work with Clinical, Credentialing and IT to keep enablement materials accurate.
• Support the onboarding operations and the ongoing evolution of the Bend integration.
• Maintain training materials in Salesforce, WorkRamp, Zendesk and Google Suite.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of combined relevant experience in operations, provider relations, customer service or a similar enablement field.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, implement process improvements and solve technical issues autonomously.
• Able to navigate ambiguity and make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Fluency in Google Suite (required).
• Highly preferred: Salesforce, WorkRamp (LMS), Zendesk, Gemini and EHR systems.
