Training Manager

About the role

The Training Manager will join a multi‑restaurant McDonald’s owner‑operator to lead the development of crew and managers. You will be responsible for delivering training, coaching, and mentorship across new hires and existing staff, ensuring consistent operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify training needs and design, plan, and implement comprehensive training programs.
• Conduct on‑site restaurant training sessions and classroom‑style workshops.
• Coach and mentor new managers, new crew members, and existing personnel.
• Monitor training effectiveness and adjust programs as needed.
• Listen to NABIT calls/webinars, review updated procedures, and roll out new items or products to all locations.
• Handle administrative tasks related to training documentation and reporting.

Required profile

• Graduate of McDonald’s HU program or equivalent qualification.
• Prior training or deployment experience within McDonald’s is preferred.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated, and able to work a flexible schedule.
• Wage/salary will be based on experience and availability.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• General computer literacy.
