Training Manager – Government Mission (Temporary)

About the role

Continuity Global Solutions (CGS) is looking for an experienced Training Manager to design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs that support a critical government mission. This temporary position is expected to last up to two years, with the possibility of future opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive training programs aligned with contractual and operational requirements.
• Create and update curricula, lesson plans, instructional materials, and training resources.
• Deliver engaging instructor‑led training in both virtual and in‑person settings.
• Maintain accurate training records and support internal and external audit processes.
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert, providing guidance to leadership and operational staff.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Travel, including short‑notice trips, to deliver or support training as needed.

Required profile

• U.S. citizenship and successful completion of all pre‑employment screening and government suitability requirements.
• Experience in training management, instructional design, adult learning, workforce development, or related fields.
• Proven ability to develop curricula, lesson plans, facilitator guides, and training materials.
• Experience delivering instructor‑led training both virtually and in person.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to work in fast‑paced, dynamic environments with changing priorities.
