Training Improvement Specialist

About the role

The Training Improvement Specialist joins Saronic Technologies to ensure that live, instructor‑led product trainings are delivered with the highest quality, consistency, and alignment to official documentation. Working at the intersection of training, technical writing, and product teams, the role safeguards that training reflects validated product functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Observe internal and customer‑facing live trainings, evaluate delivery against defined quality standards and adult‑learning principles, and provide actionable feedback to instructors.
• Develop and maintain SOPs that standardize live training delivery across instructors, sessions, and locations.
• Surface training‑identified discrepancies to Technical Writing, Engineering, and Product Management, ensuring training materials stay synchronized with approved user manuals and release notes.
• Facilitate After‑Action Reviews, collect and analyze learner and instructor data, and implement measurable improvement plans.
• Design and deliver train‑the‑trainer sessions to enable instructors to consistently apply best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering technical product training in DoD or other highly regulated environments.
• Strong ability to work cross‑functionally with documentation, engineering, and product teams.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Comfort with adult‑learning methodologies and quality‑control processes.
