About the role
The Technical College System of Georgia is seeking a full‑time Training Coordinator to lead end‑user training for its Learning Management System, supporting faculty and staff across 22 technical colleges.
Key responsibilities
- Drive and implement system‑wide training strategy aligned with LMS initiatives and organizational priorities.
- Design, develop, and scale training programs and materials such as guides, slide decks, and surveys.
- Deliver high‑impact training through onsite, virtual, and webinar platforms for faculty and staff.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using performance data and participant feedback, applying continuous‑improvement strategies.
- Coordinate vendor relationships and manage external training providers.
- Respond to help‑desk inquiries, track ticket trends, and maintain training resources and documentation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least two years of relevant work experience, preferably in higher‑education training or LMS administration.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles (andragogy) and customer‑service/help‑desk experience.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems such as Anthology, Canvas, or D2L.
Required skills
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (Anthology, Canvas, D2L).
- Proficiency with the ADDIE instructional design model.
- Experience using webinar platforms for virtual training sessions.
