Trainer and Account Support Specialist – Hospitals

About the role

The Trainer and Account Support Specialist will act as the on‑site expert for hospitals that adopt Surfacide’s Helios+ UV‑C system. You will ensure that clinical and environmental services teams receive comprehensive training, integrate the technology into daily workflows, and achieve consistent, safe use that enhances patient safety.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver role‑specific, hands‑on training to clinical staff, EVS teams and department leads across assigned hospital accounts.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the Helios+ UV‑C system, training curriculum, best practices and operational protocols.
• Provide ongoing refresher sessions as staff turnover occurs or new departments come online.
• Support onboarding and go‑live activities, conducting workflow assessments and facilitating workgroup meetings to align the technology with existing clinical processes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day client questions, troubleshooting, and system guidance.
• Track training completion, document staff certifications, and keep accurate records in the CRM.
• Communicate product updates, software enhancements and new training resources to hospital contacts.
