Traffic Coordinator

About the role

Plastipak is seeking a Traffic Coordinator to safely and efficiently manage the shipping and receiving of raw materials and finished goods. Working under the Warehouse Manager, you will play a key part in maintaining high quality standards and supporting a positive team culture.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments to external customers and ensure timely delivery.
• Load finished goods for outbound shipments.
• Provide outstanding customer service by responding promptly to requests.
• Maintain accurate records of inbound and outbound inventory.
• Support the Warehouse Manager with daily operational tasks.

Required profile

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of supply chain or related experience.
• Ability to work a rotating 12‑hour shift schedule (3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off).
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
