About the role

Zurich North America Claims is seeking a TPA Service Specialist to work with TravelGuard partners on the oversight of third‑party administrators (TPAs) that adjudicate travel claims. The role involves auditing TPA claim handling, ensuring service level agreements are met, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

Manage resolution of service issues between customers, brokers, business units and support service areas.
Drive due diligence, technical guidance and contract development for new TPAs.
Ensure TPA policies align with Global Claims Policy and track audit improvement actions.
Manage performance issues, audit processes and oversight procedures for TPAs.
Partner with Business Unit Claims to provide governance, assistance and regulatory mitigation.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of insurance operations experience, OR high school diploma with 7+ years of insurance operations experience.
Experience in insurance industry operations and systems.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
