About the role

The Tom Minnery Fellowship Director leads a program that equips pastors and church leaders to engage contemporary culture through a biblical worldview. This full‑time position reports to the Church Ambassador Network Executive Director and is based in the CCV office in Columbus, Ohio.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, selection, and development of fellowship facilitators and participants.
• Lead the Curriculum Creation Team to design semester courses on biblical cultural engagement.
• Maintain relationships with partner organizations, churches, and thought leaders to enhance program credibility.
• Manage logistics for in‑person cohort meetings and ensure curriculum resources are current in the LMS.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and implement improvements.

Required profile

• Strong commitment to the Christian faith and understanding of contemporary cultural issues.
• Master's degree in theology, ministry, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of pastoral ministry or church leadership experience.
• Mature Christian actively attending a local church and aligned with CCV’s Statement of Faith.
