About the role

Join TikTok's US e‑commerce team as a Special Project Associate focused on creator operations. You will drive productivity improvements, manage strategic projects, and support cross‑functional collaboration to enhance the TikTok Shop experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep knowledge of creator operations, workflows, and systems.
• Leverage data‑driven insights to track performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align priorities and execute business strategies.
• Optimize operational processes to increase overall productivity.
• Establish best‑in‑class frameworks for cross‑team collaboration.
• Lead projects such as creator performance management, high‑potential creator incubation, merchandising matchmaking, and content quality improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in program/project management, consulting, change management, or operations strategy.
• Proven ability to manage projects from inception through successful implementation.
• Hands‑on experience in process optimization and scaling efficiency initiatives.
• Demonstrated success collaborating with or leading cross‑functional teams.
