Testing Specialist & Administrator – Full Time (Valdosta)

About the role

The Testing Specialist & Administrator provides proctoring, test security, and assessment management for a variety of exams across campuses and partner institutions. Based at the Valdosta campus, the role involves regular travel to Wiregrass campuses, correctional facilities, and high schools.

Key responsibilities

• Proctor and secure placement, academic, distance‑learning, exemption, and nationally recognized exams.
• Maintain assessment databases and perform data entry of test scores.
• Manage test administrator certifications and oversee site, incident, and irregularity reports.
• Handle site test management, including billing and invoice processing for testing services.
• Travel between campuses and local institutions, including extended or weekend testing dates.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented with strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment while providing excellent customer service.
• Strict adherence to confidentiality policies and representation of college values.
• Willingness to support equity initiatives for underrepresented and disabled students.
