Territory Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking an experienced sales closer to deliver top‑quality home improvement solutions directly in customers’ homes. The ideal candidate has prior in‑home sales experience and a proven ability to build rapport, address concerns, and close deals on the spot.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑home consultations, showcase products and services, and tailor presentations to each prospect.
• Build trust, identify customer needs, and answer product‑related questions.
• Close sales deals in the customer’s home, ensuring accurate completion of paperwork and payment details.
• Follow up post‑sale to guarantee satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with sales and installation teams to ensure a seamless transition from sale to service delivery.
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to overall team goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a direct sales role, preferably in‑home sales or home improvement.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to quickly build trust.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and passionate about sales.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends based on customer availability.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to client homes.
