Territory Sales Professional – Entry Level

About the role

This entry‑level outside sales role focuses on building a new book of business within a designated territory. You will meet face‑to‑face with small and medium‑sized business owners and decision‑makers to present industry‑leading supplemental insurance products.

Key responsibilities

• Use the company’s customized Salesforce CRM to generate leads, curate client information, and expand your professional network.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Visit new businesses in person, develop relationships with owners, follow up on referrals, and service existing clients.
• Build and nurture a personal client portfolio.
• Collaborate with your sales manager to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan and submit a weekly work schedule and record daily activity statistics.

Required profile

• Pass a high‑level pre‑employment background check.
• Active driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willingness to obtain one with company support).
• Bachelor’s degree or at least 4 years of post‑high‑school work experience; recent graduates or candidates with relevant sales/athletic background may be considered.
