Territory Sales Manager

About the role

As a Territory Sales Manager you will be the front‑line representative of the CELSIUS® brand across grocery, convenience and food‑service locations in the assigned territory. You will drive retail sales execution, build distributor relationships and ensure optimal product placement through daily store visits.

Key responsibilities

• Execute “perfect store” standards by expanding SKU distribution, shelf space, displays and promotional activity.
• Implement brand strategy across retail locations within the territory.
• Conduct account audits, capture opportunities and report insights using the company CRM.
• Collaborate with distributor partners through route rides, blitzes and key‑account calls.
• Support regional sales initiatives directed by the District or Regional Sales Manager.
• Participate in weekly sales calls to review performance and set goals.
• Achieve and report on daily, weekly and quarterly KPIs.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in consumer‑goods sales, preferably in the beverage sector.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to pass a motor‑vehicle‑record screening.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned markets (Long Island, NY; Bronx, NY; East Hanover, NJ; Taunton, MA).
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
