Territory Sales Manager

About the role

As a Territory Sales Manager you will be the front‑line champion of the CELSIUS® brand across grocery, convenience and food‑service outlets in the Miami and West Palm Beach markets. You’ll combine field‑based sales execution with strong distributor relationships to grow shelf presence and drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Execute “perfect store” standards by expanding SKU distribution, shelf space, displays and promotional activity.
• Represent the brand on 12‑15 store visits per day, delivering presentations and engaging store teams.
• Develop and maintain distributor partnerships to increase sales performance.
• Report field activity and results using CRM and sales reporting tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align local execution with overall brand strategy.

Required profile

• 1+ years experience in consumer goods sales, preferably beverage or distributor sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to pass an MVR screening.
• Strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Comfortable with daily face‑to‑face customer interaction and delivering presentations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
