Territory Manager – Continence Care

About the role

The Continence Care Territory Manager will drive sales growth for Coloplast’s continence portfolio across the Detroit territory. You will build relationships with key decision‑makers, deliver product in‑services and achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Engage targeted accounts, develop and execute a territory plan to meet sales objectives.
• Analyze sales and market data to identify high‑leverage opportunities.
• Conduct consultative selling, presenting clinical and financial value propositions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, manage sales reporting and expense administration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 3+ years of medical‑technology sales experience (or equivalent experience).
• Willingness to travel 25‑50% of the time, including overnight trips.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to complete credentialing for healthcare facilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using CRM tools for territory management.
