Territory Account Manager

About the role

Acme Gemaire is seeking a Territory Account Manager to represent our HVAC product line across the Mandeville, Slidell, and Hammond markets. You will work directly with contractors and dealers, building strong relationships and driving sales growth in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct consultative selling to both existing and new customers.
• Develop and maintain a robust contractor base within the assigned territory.
• Generate additional sales, grow market share, and prospect for new business.
• Hold a minimum of 25 face‑to‑face meetings each week.
• Negotiate pricing while protecting company profit goals.
• Achieve individual and regional sales budgets.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and provide value‑focused support.
• Collaborate with vendor partners to identify joint opportunities.
• Represent Acme Gemaire at dealer meetings, conferences, product shows, and industry events.

Required profile

• Proven sales and marketing experience in a wholesale distribution environment.
• Strong initiative, ability to work independently, and meet deadlines.
• Team‑player who collaborates effectively across functions.

Required skills

• HVAC equipment knowledge (air conditioning, heating, ventilation).
