Temporary Senior Systems Testing Analyst - Lead

About the role

This temporary position leads testing efforts for a 24‑week implementation project, coordinating across business, IT, finance, royalties, and engineering teams. The analyst will translate requirements into test scenarios, manage defect triage, and validate integrations with Rightsline Alliant and Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Key responsibilities

• Lead test planning, execution, and tracking for functional, integration, regression, end‑to‑end, and UAT testing.
• Develop detailed test cases, scripts, and traceability matrices based on business requirements and system configurations.
• Coordinate testing schedules, dependencies, and assignments, and facilitate testing sessions with clear guidance.
• Validate ERP integrations, APIs, data mappings, workflow dependencies, and system behavior.
• Manage defect triage, documentation, prioritization, retesting, and closure.
• Communicate testing progress, risks, blockers, and readiness to project leadership and stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in QA, systems testing, or business systems analysis.
• Proven experience leading functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing efforts.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into executable test scenarios.
• Experience with enterprise system implementations, ERP integrations, and data validation.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or equivalent.
