About the role

This temporary, part‑time position supports the Johnson Creek community by managing all leasing activities, from prospect outreach to move‑in coordination, while ensuring resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct tours, and showcase available units.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, confirm readiness, and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform short‑ and long‑term marketing strategies.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property‑management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage prospect data.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to engage and qualify prospects.
• Attention to detail for lease preparation, background screening, and apartment inspections.
• Ability to stay informed about local market conditions and adapt marketing tactics accordingly.
• Effective communication skills for resident interactions and team collaboration.
