Temporary Maintenance Technician

About the role

We are seeking a Temporary Maintenance Technician to join The Carnahan Collection in Spokane, Washington. This short‑term position will cover a leave of absence and offers the chance to gain experience in a high‑performing property‑management environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and corrective maintenance on building systems, grounds, amenities, and common areas.
• Ensure all areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality.
• Respond promptly to service requests and resolve mechanical issues.
• Document work performed and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.

Required profile

• Prior experience in building or facilities maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Spokane for the duration of the assignment.
