About the role

Bridge Property Management is seeking a detail‑oriented Temporary Assistant Manager / Leasing Manager to support daily operations and enhance resident satisfaction. This role blends financial oversight, leasing support, and community management in a fast‑growing residential environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process rental payments, maintain accurate accounting records, and assist with financial reporting.
• Support leasing and marketing initiatives to attract new residents and retain existing ones.
• Act as a resident advocate by listening to concerns, addressing issues promptly, and ensuring a positive living experience.
• Prepare and distribute resident notices, enforce community policies, and assist the Property Manager as needed.
• Assume Property Manager duties during their absence, overseeing daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, state, and federal regulations while maintaining a safe environment.
• Take on special projects and adapt to new challenges as the community evolves.
