About the role
The Leasing Manager will lead the leasing and marketing efforts for the Crosstown Phoenix community, ensuring revenue and occupancy targets are met while maintaining high resident satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Direct community marketing, print and online advertising to drive qualified traffic.
- Oversee sales activities, set rent pricing, concessions and manage on‑site leasing team.
- Maintain an inventory of ready‑to‑lease apartments and monitor day‑to‑day leasing operations.
- Analyze market and competitor trends to adjust strategies and sustain occupancy.
- Develop and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing plans aligned with revenue goals.
- Collaborate with resident retention initiatives to improve lease renewals.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing leasing operations in multifamily or residential real estate.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Solid understanding of market dynamics, pricing strategies, and advertising channels.
- Ability to meet occupancy and revenue objectives.
