Leasing Professional – The Ryan

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Professional to join our team at The Ryan community in Phoenix, Arizona. In this full‑time position you will drive leasing activity, support resident satisfaction, and help achieve occupancy and revenue targets for the property.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours and apartment showings.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages and ensure smooth lease signings.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in to confirm readiness and coordinate any necessary maintenance.
• Maintain accurate resident records and handle lease renewals to promote retention.
• Provide ongoing resident support throughout the lease term to address concerns and enhance satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to assess prospect qualifications and guide them through the leasing process.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of managing paperwork and documentation accurately.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑driven and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior experience in residential leasing or property management is preferred.
