Telecom System Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Telecom System Administrator to join a large, fast‑growing organization in Texas. The role supports a network of nearly 800 branches across the US and Canada, providing critical telecom system administration and cost‑optimization expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational support and administration for telecom platforms, including Webex, Webex Contact Center, and 8x8 PBX.
• Conduct Telecom Expense Management (TEM) analysis and optimization to ensure cost‑effective operations.
• Collaborate with service desk, infrastructure, and field technology teams to resolve escalations.
• Participate in telecom and network projects, migrations, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain a customer‑service focus, including after‑hours patching and on‑call rotations.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience in telecom administration.
• Proficiency with TEM and Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with excellent communication skills.
