Technology Recruiter – Denver

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Technology Recruiter to join Eliassen Group’s Denver office. In this full‑time position you will drive the sourcing, evaluation and placement of technical talent for a variety of client projects across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, source and engage qualified technology candidates through networking, referrals and direct outreach.
• Screen candidates for technical fit, availability and deliverability, and present top talent to account executives.
• Negotiate rates and terms to meet client budget expectations while maintaining margin targets.
• Maintain accurate candidate and market data in Eliassen’s recruiting systems.
• Collaborate daily with account executives to align talent pipelines with client staffing needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven success in technology staffing or recruiting.
• High energy, strong sense of urgency and ethical approach to business.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet daily call‑activity metrics.
