Technical Sciences Director – Little Rock South

About the role

The University of Arkansas Pulaski Technical College is seeking a Technical Sciences Director for its Little Rock South campus. Reporting to the Dean, the Director will oversee daily operations, faculty support, safety, and quality of the technical science laboratories and instructional spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and sustain the Technical Sciences program facilities at the Little Rock South location.
• Ensure laboratory safety, cleanliness, and compliance with institutional and regulatory standards.
• Support faculty by coordinating resources, scheduling, and equipment maintenance.
• Foster collaborations with industry partners, local chambers of commerce, and community stakeholders.
• Drive program growth, academic integrity, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee budgeting, cost‑effective management, and resource allocation for the labs.
