About the role

Join LexisNexis CounselLink as a Technical Sales Support Rep IV, where you will help corporate legal departments adopt our cloud‑based legal management platform. You will work independently and collaboratively to solve client problems, respond to RFPs, and deliver compelling product demonstrations.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and author RFPs, ensuring clear, persuasive proposals.
• Conduct virtual and occasional live product demos for prospects and existing customers.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address client challenges and improve the CounselLink solution.
• Act as a resource for less‑experienced colleagues, sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance team performance.

Required profile

• Proven track record in software or hardware sales, account management, or related customer‑facing roles.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with a focus on delivering value to legal‑tech customers.
• Comfortable working independently and thriving in a team environment.
• Excellent written communication skills for RFP preparation.
• Effective public‑speaking abilities for product demonstrations.

Required skills

• Experience with SaaS applications and cloud‑based platforms.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and compliance with AI policies.
• Ability to create and deliver technical presentations.
