Technical Sales Engineer – Remote

About the role

ELPRO, the Bosch Group division serving pharma, biotech and healthcare, is looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to drive real‑time cold‑chain monitoring projects across North America. The role combines project management, technical sales and deep product expertise while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation of real‑time cold‑chain monitoring solutions, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within scope.
• Respond to RFIs/RFPs, develop proposals and technical solutions that align with customer requirements.
• Deliver product demonstrations, proof‑of‑concepts and technical workshops both virtually and on‑site.
• Act as the internal subject‑matter expert, supporting sales teams with demos, training and technical guidance.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including engineering, sales and client stakeholders—to achieve successful deployments.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting, system integration and performance optimisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply‑chain management, engineering, business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in project management, technical sales or consulting within cold‑chain monitoring, logistics or life‑sciences environments.
• Strong knowledge of RFIs, RFPs and technical solution selling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work with cross‑functional teams.
