Technical Recruiting Coordinator

About the role

Decagon is looking for a Technical Recruiting Coordinator to join its Engineering Recruiting team. You will partner with recruiters, engineering leaders, and interviewers to deliver a seamless hiring experience for top technical talent.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end interview coordination and scheduling across candidates, interviewers, and leadership.
• Provide a white‑glove candidate experience from initial contact through offer closure.
• Communicate proactively with candidates, hiring teams, People/HR, EA, Workplace, and Finance partners.
• Track scheduling timelines and service‑level agreements, surfacing trends and risks.
• Identify and implement workflow improvements, leveraging AI and automation where possible.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑volume recruiting or coordination environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex calendars.
