The Security organization safeguards the models, infrastructure, and people behind them, tackling challenges from platform security to insider risk. As a Technical Recruiter focused on Security, you will partner with security leaders to translate ambiguous hiring needs into clear, actionable search strategies and bring top‑tier security talent into the team.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruiting for a portfolio of security roles, managing intake, sourcing, interviewing, offers, and closures.
• Conduct structured intake sessions with hiring managers to define requirements, calibrate hiring bars, and design interview loops.
• Build and nurture pipelines of passive security candidates across specialties such as application security, cloud/infrastructure security, detection & response, identity, and compliance.
• Collaborate with recruiting operations to refine interview assignments, scorecards, and feedback mechanisms.
• Provide market insights and calibrated feedback to influence hiring decisions.
• Partner with Compensation, People Partners, and Mobility teams to craft equitable offers and guide candidates through the process.
• Maintain confidentiality for sensitive searches and candidate information.

Required profile

• Proven full‑lifecycle recruiting experience, especially within security, infrastructure, or highly technical engineering teams.
• Ability to discuss security domains (e.g., application security, cloud security, detection, identity, compliance) with depth and evaluate technical qualifications.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers on intake, bar setting, and interview design.
• Strong independent judgment on candidate quality and fit.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an applicant tracking system such as Greenhouse.
• Familiarity with modern sourcing tools and techniques.
