Technical Recruiter – Salesforce Focus (3‑Month Contract)

About the role

Litify is seeking an experienced recruiter for a three‑month contract (potential extension) to lead full‑lifecycle recruiting across all departments. The role pays $60 per hour for 30‑40 hours per week and does not include benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruiting for every open position, from kickoff to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, timelines, and priorities.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates, assessing qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview logistics to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Advise hiring managers on market conditions, talent availability, and best practices.
• Track activity and maintain accurate records in Greenhouse ATS.

Required profile

• 3+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in technology or software companies.
• Prior experience as a senior or lead recruiter in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Self‑directed, able to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.
