Technical Recruiter, Early Career

About the role

Notion is seeking an Early Career Recruiter to shape and own its talent pipeline for interns, new graduates, and candidates with 0‑2 years of experience. The role will be based in either San Francisco or New York City and works on‑site three days a week, allowing for collaborative planning and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch, and scale recruiting programs for internships, new‑grad pipelines, and early‑career talent.
• Explore and implement new talent discovery models, including community outreach, hackathons, open‑source contributions, and AI‑native sourcing tools.
• Develop innovative assessment frameworks that evaluate candidates’ thinking, learning, and creation abilities.
• Partner with Communications, Design, and People teams to build a compelling employer brand across channels and events.
• Coach hiring managers and interviewers to assess early‑career candidates with nuance, fairness, and high standards.

Required profile

• 2+ years of recruiting experience with meaningful exposure to early‑career, university, or program hiring.
• Entrepreneurial mindset eager to build new processes and programs.
• Strong collaboration skills to work closely with Engineering, Product, Design, Sales, and People teams.
