About the role

ECLARO is seeking a Technical Recruiter to support a fast‑growing AI SaaS client in New York. You will act as a generalist talent partner, handling hiring across engineering, product, design, operations, customer success, and go‑to‑market functions.

Key responsibilities

• Generate top‑of‑funnel talent through outbound sourcing, referrals, networking, events, and inbound pipelines.
• Conduct high‑quality first‑round interviews that assess skills and generate excitement about the opportunity.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs, provide market insights, and calibrate talent expectations.
• Manage candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact to offer.
• Continuously improve recruiting processes, tools, outreach strategies, and candidate experience.

Required profile

• 4‑6+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical talent.
• Proven ability to source and evaluate candidates for a wide range of roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong prioritization and ability to thrive in a fast‑moving environment.
• Comfort with direct feedback and a commitment to continuous improvement.
