Technical Project Manager – SaaS Enterprise Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a technically‑savvy Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end implementations of a fast‑growing SaaS platform for retail and manufacturing clients. The role sits at the intersection of Engineering, Product, Customer Success and Sales, ensuring smooth delivery from kickoff to go‑live.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor enterprise software implementations, keeping projects on time, within scope and budget.
• Gather business and technical requirements and translate them into detailed project plans.
• Maintain timelines, risk registers, status reports and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Engineering, Product, Customer Success, Sales) to resolve blockers and track dependencies.
• Serve as the primary client‑facing lead, guiding customers through configuration, data collection, testing, validation and deployment.
• Develop and improve implementation methodologies, documentation and best‑practice guides.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of project management experience in SaaS, software implementation or technical consulting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.
• Strong communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Comfortable working alongside engineers and product managers.

• Base salary $80,000‑$90,000 plus bonus.
