Technical Project Manager – Product Development

About the role

Chefman is seeking a Technical Project Manager to drive product development from concept to launch. The role acts as the central hub linking engineering, design, and business teams, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and timely delivery of high‑quality consumer products.

Key responsibilities

• Define product requirements and communicate them across technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Lead projects through the full lifecycle, maintaining quality, performance, and schedule targets.
• Translate complex technical challenges into actionable direction for cross‑functional partners.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking milestones against internal goals and retailer timelines.
• Provide visibility into status, risks, and decisions for global teams and senior leadership.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure solutions are both technically feasible and business‑aligned.

Required profile

• 3+ years of project management or engineering experience, preferably in consumer products, plastics, or hardware.
• Proven track record managing full product lifecycles from concept through production.
• Experience working with overseas vendors and reviewing/modifying design drawings.
• Strong technical foundation in electrical/electronic and mechanical design.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
