Technical Project Manager

About the role

Farsight is an agentic AI platform that automates complex workflows for investment banks and private‑equity firms. As the Technical Project Manager you will sit at the intersection of Software Engineering, AI, and Infrastructure & Security teams, ensuring that every project moves smoothly from concept to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end application lifecycle management process, defining clear stages, requirements, owners, and definitions of done.
• Build realistic project timelines using engineer estimates, track progress, and communicate status to the Product Manager and GTM organization.
• Partner with the Product Manager to prioritize the roadmap based on customer importance and engineering effort.
• Coordinate requirements, sequencing, and dependencies across technical teams, including security and scalability work.
• Prevent projects from getting lost, stalled, or misunderstood, providing high‑ownership oversight.
• Report directly to the COO, driving high‑impact outcomes.

Required profile

• Strong ownership mindset and comfort with ambiguity, actively fixing unclear situations.
• Experience managing technical projects that involve multiple engineering disciplines.
• Excellent communication skills to align product, engineering, and GTM stakeholders.
