Technical Project Manager

About the role

The Technical Project Manager will lead cross‑functional teams to deliver medium to high‑complexity technology solutions that support key product initiatives. This role requires strong risk management, collaboration with product and engineering stakeholders, and the ability to drive consensus across diverse opinions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, track, and resolve risks and impediments across multiple teams.
• Monitor delivery progress and ensure compliance with SDLC standards.
• Provide executive‑level program updates and showcase overall program health.
• Partner with Product Management to create viable roadmaps for platforms and capabilities.
• Mentor Technical Project Managers, Agile Champions, and other team members.
• Ensure high‑quality, well‑documented deliverables from engineering teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading Agile, Scrum, or rapid‑application‑development teams.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives across several teams.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to influence, drive consensus, and simplify ambiguous problems.
