Technical Project Manager – Hybrid Cloud, Zero Trust and Cybersecurity

About the role

CACI is hiring a Technical Project Manager in San Antonio for a full-time, regular position in project and program management. The role leads complex projects on hybrid cloud infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity and data integration, overseeing cross-functional teams and driving adoption of Zero Trust security principles. A minimum TS/SCI clearance is required to start.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and deliver hybrid cloud and cybersecurity infrastructure projects from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning cloud engineering, cybersecurity, data analytics and operations.
• Develop schedules, budgets, risk assessments and communication plans, and define scope and success criteria with executive sponsors.
• Manage Zero Trust implementations, identity and access management, secure cloud migrations and security data visualization.
• Track progress with Agile or hybrid methods, run sprint planning, standups and retrospectives, and resolve risks and dependencies.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies and federal frameworks such as NIST 800-53 and FedRAMP.
• Prepare executive reports and performance metrics for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related technical field.
• 5+ years managing technical or infrastructure projects, including hybrid cloud deployments.
• Demonstrated experience leading cybersecurity or Zero Trust architecture initiatives.
• Experience with data integration, analytics or visualization tools (e.g. Splunk, ACAS, Cribl).
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required skills

• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP) and hybrid integration models.
• Agile, Scrum or hybrid project management.
• Cybersecurity best practices, hybrid network architecture and identity management.
• Desired: PMP, PMI-ACP or CSM; government, defense or regulated environment experience; Zero Trust frameworks, ICAM and DevSecOps familiarity.
