Technical Project Manager (Customer Implementations)
Constructor · Nueva Colombia
Job description
About the role
Constructor, a U.S.-based ecommerce search and discovery platform built with transformers and generative LLMs, is looking for a proactive Technical Project Manager to lead customer implementations across its product suite. You will own onboarding of new customers and rollouts of additional products for existing ones, from kickoff through activation, driving the plan, timeline and outcome through a matrixed reporting structure.
Key responsibilities
- Lead multiple implementations end to end, coordinating Constructor resources, customer resources and partners against a single shared plan.
- Run kickoffs, set milestones, track dependencies and keep a clear, shared view of status for internal stakeholders and the customer.
- Serve as the customer's primary point of contact through activation, setting expectations and communicating progress, risks and scope changes.
- Identify risks and blockers early, escalate effectively and ensure clean handoffs from Sales into implementation and from implementation to Customer Success and Support.
- Maintain implementation plans and reporting in the systems of record so schedule, duration and status roll up across the portfolio.
- Help build repeatable processes, templates and standards, and partner on the automation-first operating model.
Required profile
- At least 3 years of technical project management or onboarding project management experience, ideally in a SaaS environment.
- Track record of owning delivery outcomes end to end and holding cross-functional contributors accountable through influence rather than direct authority.
- Excellent organization and communication skills, able to run multiple implementations in parallel.
- Customer-facing confidence to lead a kickoff and keep stakeholders aligned through go-live.
- Proven ability to prioritize, manage competing demands and stay clear under ambiguity.
Nice to have
- Technical fluency enough to direct integration specialists and translate between technical and business stakeholders.
- Exposure to ecommerce, product discovery, LLMs and concepts such as catalog data feeds, integrations and APIs.
- Experience coordinating implementations across internal teams, customer resources and third-party partners.
What we offer
- Fully remote team; work from home stipend and Apple laptops provided for new employees.
- Unlimited vacation time, with 3 weeks strongly encouraged per year.
- Competitive compensation including stock options.
- Training and development budget refreshed each year.
- Maternity and paternity leave for qualified employees.
- Company-sponsored US health coverage (100% paid for the employee).
