Technical Program Manager, Revenue Operations

About the role

Anthropic is looking for a Technical Program Manager to drive seller efficiency within its Revenue Operations organization. The role will lead cross‑functional initiatives that overhaul core GTM processes such as quoting, forecasting, and the Salesforce platform, ensuring that account executives can focus on customers.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, and GTM Systems leaders to define, scope and prioritize high‑impact initiatives.
• Lead transformational programs that redesign quoting, forecasting, and Salesforce usage from the ground up.
• Identify manual work and tooling gaps, quantify cost, and turn them into measurable programs.
• Own end‑to‑end program plans, milestones, and dependency maps across process, data, systems and enablement.
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and GTM system teams, translating requirements both ways.
• Manage change for the field through communications, training and rollout planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading complex, cross‑functional programs with significant systems or data components.
• Working knowledge of go‑to‑market processes such as territory planning, lead‑to‑cash, forecasting or deal desk.
• Hands‑on familiarity with Salesforce as a user or program owner.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to distill technical detail for sales leadership.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity, influence without authority and drive operational excellence.
