Technical Product Manager - Quarry Equipment (Remote, English-speaking)

About the role

Gatesource HR is recruiting an experienced Product Manager to oversee and optimise the performance of its client's product offerings in the US market. The role suits a technical leader with deep knowledge of quarry equipment, including crushing, grinding and screening systems. It is a strategic position working with sales, engineering and sourcing teams to drive product innovation and deploy new equipment in the quarry and aggregates sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of equipment products, from development to delivery, aligned with market needs and customer requirements.
• Provide technical leadership in crushing, grinding and screening equipment, helping design and improve products.
• Conduct market research on customer pain points, trends and competitors in the aggregates and quarry sectors.
• Work with sales teams on product positioning, marketing materials and sales support tools.
• Act as the key technical contact for clients, supporting product selection, technical support and troubleshooting.
• Partner with R&D and engineering to develop and launch new equipment for the US market.
• Train sales teams and dealers on product features, benefits and specifications.
• Work with manufacturing teams to ensure quality standards and timely delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years in product management or technical management, focused on quarry equipment or related industrial equipment.
• Strong technical background in quarry equipment and aggregates, including product specifications and performance metrics.
• Ability to solve complex technical problems and lead cross-functional teams across sales, engineering and production.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the United States to meet customers, dealers and attend industry events.
• Fluent English required.
