Technical Product Manager

About the role

Blenderbox is looking for a hands‑on Technical Product Manager to drive the growth of its flagship EnrollWise platform and new product initiatives. You will partner with multidisciplinary teams to manage the full product lifecycle from strategy through delivery and long‑term support, working remotely across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Define optimal solutions to customer problems through cross‑functional collaboration, product discovery, research, ideation, prototyping and stakeholder interviews.
• Compose and refine product specifications, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria and QA steps; work with engineers to deliver robust, scalable software.
• Maintain client‑facing and internal documentation, triage defects, and communicate priorities to ensure timely, budget‑aligned delivery.
• Enhance product experience, reliability, security, privacy, data protection, performance and accessibility.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, Engineer or similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems creatively and analytically.
• Experience building enterprise‑scale digital products and partnering with fast‑paced cross‑functional teams.
• US citizen or authorized to work in the US.

Required skills

• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, GitHub and other development management tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, data modeling, relational databases, and web accessibility standards.
• Experience with Design Systems, Agile and Lean product development methodologies.
