Technical Product Manager

About the role

Join Veeva’s CDMS team to help bring lifesaving drugs to market faster. You will work in a fast‑paced, startup‑like environment backed by the stability of a profitable public benefit corporation.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the product evangelist to customers, prospects, engineering, sales, and support.
• Perform market and competitive analysis, create wireframes, write requirements, and design functional specifications.
• Translate product vision into clear, actionable requirements for engineering teams.
• Stay current on software and pharmaceutical trends and turn insights into product features.
• Provide second‑tier customer support for product questions and enhancement requests.
• Iterate quickly using agile methodologies.
• Own and improve technical aspects of the product.

Required profile

• Ability to grasp complex business processes, data flows, and system impact.
• Talent for devising simple, elegant solutions to hard problems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for diverse audiences.
• Experience coding with database languages such as SQL or SAS.
• Proven track record delivering software products.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).
